Questions about an official Montezuma County docket, filed document, certified copy, or court date belong with the court that holds the case. This private reference site cannot act on a case. The contact route below identifies the state court clerk and explains when a municipal court must be contacted instead.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Route common Montezuma County court requests as follows:

  • A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the clerk of court

  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
  • Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
